This Privacy Policy describes how Fallen Timber Farm LLC, doing business as Online Overload LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and shares your information when you visit onlineoverload.com, any of its sub-domains, or use our virtual media, digital design, e-commerce, and social platform services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information we collect automatically, and information from third parties.
- Account Information: When you join as a member, we collect your name, email, username, and password. You may also provide profile details (biography, location, interests) via BuddyPress.
- User-Generated Content (UGC): We collect the content you post, including forum topics (bbPress), group discussions, chat messages, comments, classified listings, and media (images, videos, audio).
- E-commerce Data: For purchases in our online store, we collect billing addresses and transaction details. Note: We do not store full credit card numbers; these are handled by our secure third-party payment processors.
- Technical Data & Tools: When you use our web-based tools (calculators, AI prompt refiners, SEO tools), we may collect the input data you provide to generate results.
- Automatic Collection: We collect IP addresses, browser types, and “Log Data” to ensure system stability and for security auditing (the “System Status” monitoring).
2. COOKIES AND TRACKING
We use cookies to enhance your “Social Engine” experience:
- Necessary Cookies: For staying logged in and maintaining your “Member Session.”
- Preference Cookies: To remember your Custom Dashboard settings (which modules you’ve chosen to show/hide).
- Analytical Cookies: To understand how visitors interact with our 16-Desk news feeds.
- Opt-Out: You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings or our on-site “Consent Manager.”
3. SOCIAL INTERACTIONS & VISIBILITY
Our platform is built on BuddyPress and bbPress, which utilize different visibility levels:
- Public Information: Content posted in “Public” groups, the main news feed, and “Public” forum sections is visible to both members and non-members (guests). It may be indexed by search engines.
- Group/Friends Information: Content shared in “Private” groups or with “Friends” is restricted to authorized members only.
- Private Information: Private messages (PMs) and information marked as “Hidden” in your profile are visible only to you and site administrators.
4. MEDIA UPLOADS
If you upload images or videos to the Services, you should be aware that:
- Metadata: Images may contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Other users may be able to download and extract this data if the image is public.
- Rights: You retain ownership of your media, but by uploading, you grant Online Overload LLC a license to display it within the context of the Services.
5. CLASSIFIEDS & TOOLS
- Classifieds: Information you post in a classified ad (including contact info) is intended to be public to facilitate transactions.
- Web Tools: Data entered into our calculators or AI tools is processed to provide you with a result. We may use anonymized, aggregated data from these tools to improve our algorithms.
6. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Service Providers: Hosting (Web Hosting services), email delivery (newsletters), and payment processors.
- API Partners: When you use integrated tools (e.g., Google Vision AI or Gemini AI), limited data may be sent to the provider to process your request.
- Legal Necessity: If required by law or to protect the safety of our members.
7. YOUR RIGHTS & DATA CONTROL
Under various 2026 privacy regulations, you have the right to:
- Access/Export: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Rectify: Correct inaccurate information in your profile.
- Delete (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request the deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw Consent: Unsubscribe from email subscriptions at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link.
8. SECURITY & SYSTEM PROTECTION
We treat the security of your data as the “primary system” of our engine. Online Overload LLC employs a multi-layered security stack to protect our members, their content, and the integrity of our digital tools.
A. Cloudflare Integration & Network Defense
To ensure the high availability and security of onlineoverload.com and its sub-domains, we utilize Cloudflare as our primary network gatekeeper.
- DDoS Mitigation: We use Cloudflare’s unmetered mitigation to protect against volumetric attacks, ensuring our news feeds and tools remain online during traffic spikes.
- Web Application Firewall (WAF): Our site is protected by custom-configured firewall rules that identify and block malicious “injection” attacks, cross-site scripting (XSS), and known vulnerability exploits.
- SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. This ensures your login credentials and personal communications remain private and secure in transit.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: We may use privacy-first “invisible” challenges (Turnstile) to distinguish human users from automated bots without the use of intrusive captchas. This process analyzes minimal browser signals solely for security verification.
B. Spam & Bot Protection
To maintain the quality of our community forums, groups, and classifieds, we employ advanced spam filtering services (such as Akismet or CleanTalk).
- Automated Screening: When you post a comment, join a group, or list a classified ad, the content is automatically screened for known spam patterns, malicious links, and bot-generated text.
- Data Retention: Information processed for spam protection is generally kept for short periods (14 to 90 days) to refine our security algorithms before being automatically deleted.
- Hidden Fields (Honeypots): Our forms may use “honeypot” technology—hidden fields that only bots can see. If these fields are filled out, the submission is instantly rejected as a security threat.
C. Password & Access Security
- Encryption at Rest: Your passwords are never stored in plain text. We use high-level hashing algorithms so that your actual password is never visible, even to our system administrators.
- Member Responsibility: While we provide the “Engine Protection,” users are responsible for the “Ignition Key.” We require the use of strong, unique passwords. For increased security, we may offer Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) options within your member dashboard.
- Session Management: Our system automatically monitors for suspicious login activity, such as multiple failed attempts from a single IP address, and may temporarily “lockout” accounts or require additional verification to prevent unauthorized access.
D. System Status & Monitoring
In line with our “overload” aesthetic, we perform continuous “System Status” monitoring. This includes logging technical data (IP addresses, browser types, and access times) to identify and respond to security incidents in real-time. These logs are strictly used for security auditing and are not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Online Overload LLC employs security protocols and industry-standard encryption to protect your data. However, no “Digital Engine” is 100% immune to risks; we encourage users to use strong, unique passwords.
