  • Rights: You retain ownership of your media, but by uploading, you grant Online Overload LLC a license to display it within the context of the Services.

  • Classifieds: Information you post in a classified ad (including contact info) is intended to be public to facilitate transactions.

  • Web Application Firewall (WAF): Our site is protected by custom-configured firewall rules that identify and block malicious “injection” attacks, cross-site scripting (XSS), and known vulnerability exploits.
  • SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. This ensures your login credentials and personal communications remain private and secure in transit.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: We may use privacy-first “invisible” challenges (Turnstile) to distinguish human users from automated bots without the use of intrusive captchas. This process analyzes minimal browser signals solely for security verification.

B. Spam & Bot Protection

To maintain the quality of our community forums, groups, and classifieds, we employ advanced spam filtering services (such as Akismet or CleanTalk).

  • Automated Screening: When you post a comment, join a group, or list a classified ad, the content is automatically screened for known spam patterns, malicious links, and bot-generated text.
  • Data Retention: Information processed for spam protection is generally kept for short periods (14 to 90 days) to refine our security algorithms before being automatically deleted.
