REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Online Overload LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality virtual media, digital assets, and physical goods. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are processed across our main site (onlineoverload.com), its sub-domains, and our community marketplace.
1. DIRECT PURCHASES FROM ONLINE OVERLOAD LLC
This section applies only to products and services sold directly by Online Overload LLC.
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible products. If you are unsatisfied with your direct purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original transaction date.
- Physical Goods: To be eligible for a return, physical items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items:
- Digital Products & Services: Once a digital file has been downloaded or a service has been initiated, it is non-refundable.
- Virtual Assets: Digital coins, virtual currency, coupons, and gift cards.
- Educational Content: E-books, online courses, and instructional guides.
- Customized Items: Any physical or digital product that has been personalized or “built-to-order.”
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

- Individual Member Policies: Each member selling on our platform is an independent entity. Refund and return policies for member-owned stores depend entirely on that individual member.
- Member Policy Pages: Each member is required to maintain a dedicated “Refund & Return Policy” page or section within their storefront.
- Due Diligence: It is the responsibility of the buyer to review the specific member’s policy before completing a purchase. Online Overload LLC does not dictate or enforce specific refund terms for independent member transactions unless a violation of our Master Terms of Service has occurred.
3. CLASSIFIED ADS & INDEPENDENT LISTINGS
Our Classifieds section acts as a venue for peer-to-peer discovery.
- Listing Requirements: Every classified listing is required to state the seller’s specific return and refund policy (e.g., “Sold As-Is,” “7-Day Trial,” etc.).
- Venue Only: Online Overload LLC does not handle payments, shipping, or dispute resolution for Classified Ads. Any request for a refund must be handled directly between the buyer and the seller.
4. THIRD-PARTY FEATURED LISTINGS & AFFILIATES
Our site may feature products, services, or advertisements from third-party companies.
- External Responsibility: When you click a link to a third-party product or featured listing (e.g., an external software tool or a partner service), you are subject to that third party’s terms and policies.
- No Liability: Online Overload LLC is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or refund processing of any third-party product or service. Any issues must be resolved directly with the external vendor.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
For products sold directly by Online Overload LLC:
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your request or returned item.
