TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Online Overload LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of onlineoverload.com, its sub-domains, and all associated services, including virtual media, digital design, e-commerce, forums, and web tools (the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Public Areas: Visitors of all ages may access our public news and resource desks. Content in these areas is curated to a PG to PG-13 standard.
  • Member Areas: Registration and access to “Member-Only” modules, forums, and groups are strictly limited to adults (18+ or 21+ depending on your local jurisdiction). By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. CONTENT STANDARDS & MODERATION

We operate a tiered moderation system to balance professional utility with community freedom.

  • Public & Guest Areas (PG/PG-13): Content must be professional and family-friendly. Extreme profanity, suggestive imagery, or controversial topics that exceed a “Wired-magazine” level of maturity are prohibited.
  • Members-Only Areas (Adult/PG-13+): These areas allow for minimal censorship and more candid dialogue. However:
    • Strict Prohibitions: Nudity, sexually explicit content (pornography), extreme violence, “gore,” and illegal content are strictly prohibited site-wide.
    • Community Moderation: Most groups, forums, and classifieds are community-moderated. Users are encouraged to “Report” content that violates community standards.
    • Administrative Intervention: While we prefer a “hands-off” approach in member areas, we reserve the right to remove content or ban users following valid complaints or if content threatens the stability of the platform.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

You own the rights to the text, images, and videos you post. However:

  • License: By posting on Online Overload LLC, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and archive your content within the context of our Services.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post material that infringes on the intellectual property (copyright/trademark) of others.

4. CLASSIFIEDS & TRANSACTIONS

Online Overload LLC provides a “Classifieds” section as a venue for members.

  • No Agency: We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not vet items, verify condition, or guarantee delivery.
  • Prohibited Items: Users may not list illegal items, regulated substances, or dangerous goods.
  • Risk: All transactions are at your own risk. Online Overload LLC is not liable for financial loss or scams occurring via the Classifieds.

5. USE OF WEB TOOLS & RESOURCES

  • “As-Is” Basis: Our AI tools, calculators, and design resources are provided for informational and creative purposes.
  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or the success of “Digital-to-Physical” blueprints (e.g., CNC/3D printing files).
  • Liability: Online Overload LLC is not responsible for hardware damage (e.g., to your CNC machine or 3D printer) or data loss resulting from the use of our digital assets.

6. E-COMMERCE & HOSTING SERVICES

  • Store Purchases: Digital downloads and physical goods are subject to our Return/Refund policy (see individual product pages).
  • Hosting: If you utilize our web hosting services, you must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits using our servers for illegal activities, spamming, or hosting malicious code.

7. SPAM & SYSTEM INTEGRITY

  • Automated Use: You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to “harvest” data from our 16-Desk feeds or member directories.
  • System Interference: Any attempt to bypass security measures, interfere with Cloudflare protections, or disrupt the “Social Engine” will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.

8. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for:

  1. Violation of these Terms.
  2. Actions that harm the community or reputation of Online Overload LLC.
  3. Prolonged inactivity (at our discretion).

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fallen Timber Farm LLC (D.B.A. Online Overload LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or hardware failure.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
